1. 60/66 month lease with 10% buyout – break down the payments over 5 years after which time you can either:

Buy the equipment outright for 10% of value
Continue to lease for an additional 6 months and the equipment is yours

Pay only $99 per month for the first 12 months and defer the larger payments over the course of the rest of the lease. This is perfect for those who are starting off and want to ensure positive cash flow before making any substantial payments.

3. Three month deferred lease

Acquiring equipment that won’t start paying for itself immediately? The Three or Six Month deferred lease lets you skip the first three months (90 days-180 days) of payment so that you can better align your payments to your cash flow. Need more time? Exact skip terms and conditions can be negotiated.
